An opportunity has arisen at Oderings Landscaping for a full-time position for a Landscape  labourer. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working landscape labourer to join our team. This role is all about getting stuck in and helping keep jobs moving on-site. If you don’t mind physical work, enjoy being outdoors, and take pride in doing the tough tasks well, we want to hear from you.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• General site labouring, prepare garden beds and planting areas, including soil cultivation, mulching, and composting, and heavy lifting.
• Digging, trenching, wheelbarrowing, and site prep.
• Moving materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assisting landscapers and operators as needed.
• Keeping the worksite clean, safe, and organised.

 

What we’re looking for:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to do hands-on, physical work.
• Reliability and ability to show up on time.
• Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Good attitude and ability to take direction.
• Reasonable level of fitness
• Previous labouring or landscaping experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Working  Conditions:

• Outdoor work across multiple garden and landscape sites
• Physical duties include lifting, bending, kneeling, and prolonged standing
• Work is weather-dependent; early starts may be required during peak seasons
• Some travel between sites may be required – company vehicles may be provided where applicable
